Hey there!
This project consists of a rapidly deployable phasor measurement unit that has been proven to dispatch up and down non-critical base loads in a domestic setting in response to frequency excursions on the grid. The product is not limited by its demonstration with the potential for it to be utilised with large commercial and industrial loads.
Frequency excursions below 49.8Hz or above 50.2Hz are published on this website

Grid data has been collected by the Phasour Measurement Unit continuously for over 3 years and stored in a local Database. Some extracts during frequency transients experienced on the Irish Grid have been queried and plotted to show the correlation between EirGrids data and what has been recorded by the device.
